We used Houston Home Loan for the refinance. It was supposed to be very "complicated" process as I was told by the other lenders. They told me that it can be done in two steps and two closings within six months of each other. I was ready to sell the house since that was simpler then dealing with all those complications BUT I got call from Houston Home Loan and all my concerns were solved. Mike explained us in details how we should proceed. Entire process was smooth, painless and handled in very professional manner. Mike was able to address my concerns and calm me down every time I thought I could not deal with it. We close on the house and all the problems were solved. That was done in only one step and one closing. I cannot thank enough the Houston Home Loan Team and will recommend that company to everybody in a heartbeat.
