This system really righted our ship. Though we are a non-profit enterprise to serve our military veterans, our Bar and Social Quarters gives us a bit of income. Unfortunately, due to mismanagement, we weren't making any money off of the bar. We were actually losing money. We changed some things around and bought Hotsauce, and that cured all of our ills. The bar is profitable now. The system is very easy to use for us, which was a major concern for us in a place where not everyone is exactly tech savvy.Hotsauce did a great job with setting our system up in a way that suited our needs, and they did a GREAT job training our officers and bar manager how to take full advantage of all of the features. We could not be happier.

Their server recently crashed and we were unable to use any of their systems for our business for 2 days. There many more companies out there with better and more reliable systems.

Campus is so isolated

Hot sauce needs a big change or else they won't be able to survive in the future. Back at Christmas time the gift card server crashed and was in operational and cost me thousands of dollars and lost several customers. I changed my point of sale system and I am glad I did. They take for ever to fix issues, and everything is over priced. I mean 1395 for a all in one point of sale? If you have a basic restaurant they might be right for you but if you want to be stable I would recommend to shop around. I can say the guys in the call center are nice, and knowledgeable once you can get to them. Stay clear.
