Client Review on Hotel Privo
Feedback:
4 star hotel in Romania. I had expectations. The room was ok, but there were some problems. First problem was a strong banging sound, coming from the ceiling, at the third floor, in the midle of the night, from 30 to 30 seconds for an hour or two. Second problem, well...we stayed there one night, and we had to leave early in the morning. We had breakfast included. And the lobby employees insisted that we reserve a packed breakfast for 6:30AM, keep in mind breakfast started at 7AM. So we agreed, and guess what? At 6:30 AM when we had to leave, no breakfast was prepared for us...the lobby lady said: well, you can go and pick a banana from the tables in the restaurant. Really ? 4 star hotel ? Really ? 2 star did better! Way better, even if the room was not 4 star.
