I go to this credit union quite frequently, since it is the nearest one to where I live. I had one negative experience when the branch first opened, but I have nothing but praise for all the staff members who help me during my visits there. I've setup CD's, retirement accounts, etc. Everyone there is courteous, professional and helpful.

I needed to order checks, so I stopped in at this branch. I usually go to the Paw Paw Branch. My boyfriend and I set up an account so we could pay our bills and we needed checks to do so. After doing that we asked the guy who helped us if he could order checks for us, he told us yes. A month later I received no checks so I went back in by myself and was helped by a lady. This lady informed me that the checks were never even ordered. Which was fine it was a simple mistake so I asked her if she could order them now. We went through the process of ordering them. Today I received my checks. 3 things were wrong with them. 1. My name was spelled wrong even though I spelled it for her numerous times. 2. The address is wrong even though I updated my address with her. 3. The checks were tied to the wrong account even though I told her multiple times what account I needed them for. Save your time and energy and just go to another one of their branches.
