I do understand there is some procedure register an account. I need to do an acc for my compny. I dont know how to do it and need the staff assist me. Expecting they are good and nice to me but sadly they dont. One of the staff there ask me to fill in form and i ask her what is the compulsory tht i have to fill. She ask many things and talk so rude. All people there looking at me. So sad and hong leong please do something due to your staff attitude issues.

Very unpleasant and rude staffs. I've never experienced such bad service like this before. That one lady sitting right when you enter ye bank was very rude and was playing with her HP. And when my number came up, the ladies behind the counter was absolutely unpleasant, come on guys..fasting month is over. Whatever it is, i will not open an acc at this particular branch and will never set foot in this branch again.

One of of the most irresponsible bank staff's and totally unprofessional work ethics showed during my visit to this branch. Can't even explain or gave a proper explanation on a simple account opening issue.. I have several accounts in HLB in other branches and received better customer services but here such a bad services.. I'm writing officially to HLB soon as such behavior and ethics are totally intolerable.HLB better take the customers complaint seriously.. Totally disappointed.
