Client Review on HomeStreet Bank Issaquah Branch

I had to transfer 5 separate bank accounts, each with a different set of challenges, to HomeStreet from another institution. One of the accounts was a trust that required legal paperwork and another was an e-commerce account with multiple payment processors. So far we have had zero problems with the changeovers and usually have a response within the same day that our account is active and operating immediately with fund transfers. I have been using the Grand Ridge Plaza location on the Issaquah Plateau and rarely, if ever, have to wait. Pretty much all of the managers I have worked with are well familiar with our business operations and are able to work within our different accounts with little direction. It is pretty convenient having all my banking solutions under one roof. I am hoping they expand in the next few years. More locations would be ideal. Other than that our experience has been pretty flawless.
