Even one star is more for them and their service. They don't lift calls, don't reply to emails. Useless bank and useless staff.If there is an award for best fraud or best cheater award in banking sector it will definitely go to Indiabulls. They gave me loan at interest rate of 8.95, within 2 months they made it 12.25. In their website still interest rate is appearing as 9.25 for new loans. It means they will attract new customers(new fools in their opinion) by offering low interest rates and without informing them they will increase it to 12 or 12.5 within no time.My only suggestion to everyone is, Never ever think about taking loan through Indiabulls

Recently I faced very bad experience with indiabulls team. I struggled alot mentally and financially. I have applied home loan in indiabulls. they took documents and keep it with them 20 days. I was assuming that the process was going internally. But I didn't get any message initially. On 15th day or above 15th day I got one message like you were request under process. That's it, from that day onwards I didn't get any other message and I am unable to login in indiabulls site to check my loan status. After completion of 20 days, I went to branch which is in Remedy hospital road, KPHB.The executive name is Durga Kumar. He is the contact person for me. Initilally, He said very very sweet words. It will complete with in 7 - 10 days. I asked him to when this process is completed at branch after 20day? He replied me "It is under process and will complete by next week". I said that I want to talk with your superior. I have discussed with his superior ( Sridhar ). The superior said that Indiabulls not funding to anyone currently.I was shocked and was already payed advance amount to seller and not applied to any other bank and I was so tensed. After that lot of discussions, they were ready to approve loan with 14% percentage of home loan interest rate. I am not ready to bare not much interest. Pesonal loan interest rate also very lower than their offer.I am just employee in private sector and I don't have any support to fight with them. So, didn't do anything. Just collected my documents from them and applied in another bank. I have lost so much time. finally, I suggest you friends please don't blame and suffer like as me and avoid this bank for home loans. If you don't have any option then try to get login formalities within 7 days and ask them to complete loan process with in 20 - 30 days. They cheated me and why do you come to in this.I am writing to this please don't did what mistakes what I done

Loan processing is very slow.HOME LOAN application (Ref No: 961506)Seems like there is no co ordination between sales manager and technical managers.After 1 month only i come to know that they are not able to sanction loan amount for my property. Wast of time and documents, application fee.When i go for LIC home loan it is a week time to got sanction and cheques.

The preclosure process is very slow. It is very difficult to follow up with the company staff for collection of documents. No body responds properly and very casual in giving the information.

the worst behaviour with customer branch head is very arrogant and gives headstrong answers to customers and he remembers the person and targets them everytime they come he is suitable to the branch head position very stupid fellow

I recommend not to take home loan from indiabulls as the bank rules will be changing from person to person
