About one week ago, I was searching for a Lincoln MKZ. I found one on Cargurus, and e-mailed Sept 29 2019. Monday at 9:05 AM, the internet coordinator Rachel, called from Holman and set up test drive appt at 11:15AM.We arrived early, a salesman Pat approached and took control, he was great, after doing the proper paperwork, and explaining thoroughly, he turned over to Gary the finance dept. Well, I couldn't have been more satisfied, Gary went over the top. Thank you everyone at HOLMAN AUTO, for our fantastic experience.Especially Pat and Gary

Service was great ! Jim at the parts department was very helpful. Mr. Foley at the service desk was very curtious. Check to see if there was a recall on the part I needed prior to charging me unnecessarily. Work was done quickly. First time at this location. Will be definitely a return customer.

Outstanding service doesn't even do it justice. From start to finish this dealership has you covered. They are well staffed and having leading technology to streamline your repair process. They have more than adequate amenities to make their customer feel welcomed and comfortable, such as wifi, free snacks, free premium coffee, desks to dock so you can work. The friendly willing to help staff is just icing on the cake. So if you value your time and money look no further. I was thoroughly impressed and my expectations were exceeded by far.
