Overall Feedback:

I like Hoff's, I go there at least once per month, but two of the last three times I've gone, the brats were not what I expected. The first time I ordered two pounds of Garlic brats and they had no flavor whatsoever, they tasted like plain pork sausage stuffed in casings. The second time, we ordered Polish brats, which we love and have ordered several times, this time they were very spicy, to the point that we could not eat them. Unfortunately, we ordered 6 pounds. When I asked them about the garlic brats, the worker kind of laughed it off and said that sometimes the seasonings are forgotten. No more Hoff's!
