Besides giving me two auto loans I really don’t care for Hiway .The first loan I received I worked with an old high school friend by the name of Choua.She wasn’t clear about what kind of car I can get and had really bad communication .2nd loan was with Katelyn Kanuit and she was a bit better .Husband and I went in on Wednesday to add him on my account and get new debit cards .The person that added him told him they had to do a credit check which he will take a hard hit .Since when did Hiway or any banks do credit checks to open or be added onto any type of account ?!,! In better off just sticking to my local topline credit union and coming to Hiway for just my loans .

Member here for 10+ years with very little issues. I can't say I've never had an issue, but the ones I have had have always been fixed with one phone call. Saved my family $90/mo. when we refinanced my wife's car. They have a shared program with most other area credit unions that let's you go to one those other credit unions branch offices and do almost anything you would be able to do at an actual Hiway branch, which is really convenient.

The worst bank I every been with. If you deposit cash in the atm they hold it for 3 business days! So if had any plans to do anything like I did, I have to wait on my money!!!😤😤😤😤😤😤 Nonsense!!! what gives you the right to hold my cash??????😣😣😣Wells Fargo never did that! I'm going back to Wells Fargo!#PISSEDOFF!

I was told that once they receive my payment they would call me back to set up the skip program for us. Once I didn't receive a call back, I called them. He told me it doesn't work with the car program and that he will talk to the person who told me they did. If you're looking for a place that doesn't work or actually help you with anything, this is where you want to go. If you're looking for top quality I advise you to go elsewhere. This is where you want to go if you're desperate, do not go here if the interest and payments are low, it's a trap and we weren't desperate We just wanted to refinance. I will not refer anyone to you guys nor will I have anything good to say about this place. My advice to you is, keep your goons at bay when a missed payment, just so happens to show up on your screen.

Every time I deposit and withdrawal and transfer money there’s always a problem. Money is always on hold and etc. Hiway App is stupid also. Will always have an error on the app while transferring money also.

I really like this hiway bank! Nice staffs and great teller! Every time I have a problem with my bank accounts or anything I always see Tou Xiong(one of the bank teller), he's awesome and super nice and great full, tells everything that you need to know and helps you so much and makes you feel welcome!
