The rooms my family and I stayed in were clean, well-stocked, and had amazing views of downtown New York City (including the Empire State Building and One World Trade Center). The only reason for four stars was that the lack of sufficient elevator capacity often made arriving to and leaving the hotel take far more time than practical.

The room was nice and we had a beautiful view. The staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly but efficient. Had to take an elevator to get to the lobby which had a long wait as one elevator was out. There was a second wait for the elevators to the rooms. That was a bit annoying.

We stayed from October 10-13 in room3320.There were several downsides: when entering the room there was a heavy smell like cat pee. Also, not having the second elevator to take people up from the ground floor meant for long waits. The floor we were on had coffee cups left out for two days before housekeeping removed them. Not a great experience but the view was good on the 33rd floor.

Great location. In the middle of all the attractions. Near to everything in Time Square. Subway is about 3 minutes walk. Clean rooms. Breakfast is not that great. I will stay at this hotel again but will not take the breakfast.

La ubicación del hotel excelente, muy cerca a todo. La habitación lo suficientemente amplia. La limpieza buena en general, solo tuvimos un inconveniente un día que no limpiaron a tiempo el cuarto. Dos chicas que hablaban españo en recepción muy amables
