I love the restaurant in the hotel. The Philly cheese steak was absolutely phenomenal and our host (much more than a server) was spectacular!!! The care he provided and the attention to detail was impeccable!!! With the food being delicious(3rd time there) and the service of our host, this branch deserves so much more than 5 Stars. Truly appreciate my visits, feels really nice to go to a place with extraordinary, exceptional customer service and a very nice place to enjoy a very good meal.

Dana, the bartender at the restaurant was incredible. She was genuine and amazing to all. I was blown away by her work ethic as well. Good job manager Steve for finding such an employee. She was great.

Super friendly and efficient check-in. Twin bed room on 9th floor quiet and well maintained with hot drink making facilities. Good price for using room from 9-5 with free shuttle to JFK airport every 30 mins.

This is a decent airport hotel close to JFK. Try to get the club floors 11 and 12. If you don't expect a big meal and fine dining you can get snacks wine and beer in the lounge.

This hotel has a VERY minimal fitness area and is pretty tired. The executive lounge staff was very friendly. The $25/day valet only parking seemed like a ripoff but there is a shuttle you can use. The halls typically had room service trash in them from night to night and there was usually small trash items for a couple days.

Barely smoker friendly. The smoking section is covered, 2 stars. It is however the typical front door smokers gallery. Makes me feel like I am on display at a zoo. Certainly not welcoming or comfortable.
