Client Review on Highland Banks

Feedback:

Spent 20 minutes at the drive through for a simple deposit with cash back. After 15 minutes I rang the bell and asked if there was a problem. The guy came back and said he would get to it. Another 5 minutes went by and he came back with the wrong amount deposited and the wrong cash back. When I questioned him he still got it wrong. Everything I asked for was done wrong and it took 20 minutes. Terrible customer service! I closed all my accounts. Urging the rest of my family to do the same. I have been a Highland customer fo about 30 years but this is unacceptable. Their interest rates are bad too. Found better service and rates at a credit union.
