I've been using Higher Standards to help my customers manager their credit card processing needs and we couldn't be happier. Higher Standards earns our customers business every month. The Rep's for Higher Standards live in the community and do their best to help every customer they meet.

These guys are crooks. Claim they have an auto-renewing contract, take money without permission, even going so far as to change their company name so they could get around a bank block I'd placed. They lie about fees, lie about rates, lie about contract, there isn't one good thing to say about them. Avoid them at all costs. Arin will look you right in your eye and lie to your face. Done with them.

I was with these guys for years, only to find they are raising rates monthly and doing something called internal markup to hide their profits. I'm all about making a profit, but to hide it because I don't understand how a statement works? Lied to me about everything, these guys are the worst I've ever seen.
