Why are you stealing thousands of dollars from thousands of customers and how are you expecting to get away with these horrible crimes? We're going to contact the department of justice to make sure each of you spend several years in prison. Your managers deserve 20 years for each theft. You have stolen millions of dollars.Its time to make an example out of the worst credit card criminals on the planet! Report all Higher One and Bank Vibe Mobile criminals to the local police or FBI wherever you find them immediately! They are to be arrested and tried for destroying thousands of student lives. Southern New Hampshire University needs to stand up for it's students if they're not part of this scam!

For the past 2 or 3 terms they just wouldn't give me the student loans. The website kept changing my preference to one account when I only wanted it to be in my bank account info because I no longer have my one card with me. Impatient and rude on the phone,sometimes they don't even answer. Once I threatened to sue them just to get my loans to pay my bills because I am currently looking for a job because I recently moved and my fiance gets paid monthy. This place is an overall nightmare.

this bank is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! they take your money in hope that you wont complain about their shady practices. If you have a dispute do not expect them to resolve it in your favor even when the merchant is clearly in the wrong.... HORRIBLE BANK! Liberty U needs to cancel bankone's contract and find another refund merchant.

If your thinking of banking here for college don't, it is the worst place to bank, they have no location for you to bank at and the customer severs is VERY BAD I think they are just set up to bank fees from you.
