My husband and I had a wonderful experience here, all thanks to Todd Phenneger and his production assistant Robin Stinebaugh. Todd spent lots of time explaining our loan to us in a way we could understand and was super helpful whenever we had any questions! We always felt he had our best interest and was truly passionate about his work. Robin was very great about answering questions and making each step through the process smooth and easy! I highly recommend them for any loan needs.

I could not have asked for a better experience. We were first time home buyers who had been pre approved through a different lender but it felt as thought we meant nothing to them. It would take days for a response and it was just awful. As soon as we got referred to Heritage I was called by Todd. He was incredible from the start. Extremely personable and helpful. We closed on our home today and cannot thank Todd and his team enough for making this happen for us!!!! Will never go anywhere else and will refer everyone I know to them!!!

Tim reached out to us when he thought we would be a good candidate for a refinance. The whole team was fantastic at helping us gather documentation and answer any questions we had immediately. I was especially appreciative of the fact that I got to work with the loan officer that helped us by our house 2 years ago and it was familiar and comfortable and a very seamless process.
