Feedback:

I went to request a cashier's check as part of shared banking and was told by the teller that my account did not allow shared banking. She gave no explanation nor alternative ways to assist. I called my credit union right there and confirmed right away that I did have shared banking enabled on my account. I went to a second teller who asked the previous teller to allow her access to check shared banking status. The original teller didn't even acknowledge my presence or try to help. Clearly she did not want to help. The 2nd teller then proceeded to explain that their databases sometime encounter issues that prevent them from accessing shared banking accounts. If you want a credit union with a helpful and friendly staff, this is NOT the place. I recommend VSECU instead!
