Upon being locked out of my e-branch account, it has come to my attention that during the past year of my banking with Heritage, my SSN has been wrong the entire time! How can credit unions allow someone to have a false SSN in their name? Do they check the SSN and make sure it validates with the other information, because in my case, they clearly did not. Unprofessional.
