Client Review on Heritage Credit Union

Feedback:

Customer service was not up to par. I attempted to open a checking and savings account on Saturday. While I will take the responsibility of attempting minutes before close, the teller handled it quite poorly. Instead of hearing a reason as to why they could not help me set up a new account, the teller rolled her eyes at the clock and then shrugged that they couldn’t do it. No apology or hospitality- just a cold response. Not interested in new customers? Did not motivate me or build trust enough to return if this interaction is the type of service that is typically provided.
