Ms. Hendrickson has a wealth of experience, knowledge, advice, direction to help me with my growing online business. She helped me save approximately $6200 in overpaying income taxes as I was using Turbo Tax. She reviewed the 2016 tax returns, noticed the error, we filed an amended return and I got a refund !!! Outstanding service from her and her staff -- so thankful I work with her !

When my former CPA passed away, I needed to interview with several CPAs as I have a complicated tax return. After meeting with 4 CPAs and not confident in the approach to take care of my needs, I made an appointment with Lana Hendrickson. I had a wonderful experience with initial consultation. Ms. Hendrickson is precise, experienced, knowledgeable, professional and ready to work with me. She gave me direction on what to expect for tax year 2018 and helped me understand more about business taxes than previous CPA had done. I found her office to be very professional, responsive and attentive.

I have been her client for 14 years and have always been impressed with her knowledge and consider her an expert in Income Taxes preparation and planning for future taxes. Lana is very experienced and appears to have solid knowledge of accounting, however, she and her office are completely unreliable and communication is terrible. We are a newer business and we were looking for assistance in building a solid foundation for our accounting. The initial consultation was great, but follow-up communication was the worst I've ever seen in a professional business. We literally had to resort to threats to get an email answered or a phone call returned. We ultimately parted ways because we could not trust that payroll, sales taxes, and other critical tasks would actually be completed as promised. We really wanted things to work out, but communication is key, and that was completely lacking with Hendrickson and Associates.

I have worked with Lana Hendrickson for over 15 years. She helped me with original income tax issues for my Business and Personal when I was self prepared on tax returns. She has proven work ethic to resolve issues with Tax Authorities which I created by trying to do tax returns myself. Dealing with the IRS and State of GA is a very long process. Lana Hendrickson worked diligently to resolve the issues as she understands how to deal with the Government . She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, consistently delivers on time results. Working with her gives me satisfaction things are done right.
