SWITCHED TO HEARTLAND THINKING MY LAST PROCESSOR WAS TO EXPENSIVE .. BOY WAS I WRONG .. ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T SAVE ANY MONEY ACTUALLY COST MORE THEN THE LAST PROCESSOR . MY ACCOUNT WASN'T SET UP RIGHT BY THE REP.. SERVICE WENT DOWN AT LEAST 2 TIMES IN THE 45 DAYS I WAS WITH THEM.. INSISTED I SENT BACK MY OLD MACHINE WHICH WAS WAY MORE UP TO DATE THEN THEIR MACHINE THEY GAVE ME. I THINK THEY DO THIS SO YOU CAN'T SWITCH OUT OF THEIR SERVICE. i CANCEL AFTER 45 DAYS AND THEY STILL CHARGE ME $33.50 FOR MARCH,2018 BECAUSE THE REP DIDN'T CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND ALTHOUGH I WAS TOLD THERE IS NO CANCELLATION FEE THAT ISN'T WHAT IN CONTRACT. NOW THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE MY COMPANY $295.00 CANCELLATION FEE.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. VERY EXPENSIVE TO PROCESS YOUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND VERY DISHONEST.. BIG DISHONEST COMPANY..BEWARE, BEWARE BEWARE....
