Phone call was not answer , trying to call on Pune office number also . Ringing & Ringing , then Phone get disconnected. no information on site for office working on 2'nd and 4'th saturday.

Not even deserve 1 Star. Worst Customer Service. Branch Manager(Viraj Suratwala) is extremely incompetent and rude person. They are very supportive when you are taking Loan from them. Once you go to close the loan, their unknown terms and conditions are revealed and that too, not in one shot, in each meeting they will tell just one, and you keep running for closing your account, no one is around to listen or help, when the head is incompetent and rude, what you can expect from others. Also, There has been many instances where they have misplaced the property papers, sometime, in between pages have been misplaced and people are left to cry for ever. BEWARE OF HDFC LTD Yerwada, Branch.
