I had gone for a prepayment. The executive was soft spoken. However after finishing the prepayment, I asked her if I was eligible for a rate reduction. At this point she got up and started having her tea and helping a colleague in his client. I kept waiting for her to finish for almost 5-7 minutes after which she says she can't check right now as I have just done a prepayment. Had she told me this earlier, would have left earlier itself!!
