I would have given negative rating for this mornfull sad type home loan bank. It could easily make anyone in depression. Such a pathetic receptionist with rude nature to assist customers. Staff is also cherry on the cake, don't even speak to answer queries. Answer in one word and such unhappy staff for spoiling even happy mood of customers. So much time taking and waiting time exceeds 1hour 30 minutes.. Such a bad experience.. Kindly replace the staff and receptionist with good happy gentle people. hufffffff

Number is not working pls change the number. It is cumbersome to reach the venue all the time for things which can be handled over the phone

I dont think they even treat us as customer....service is pathetic...they never clear ur doubts even they make sure u shud be in confusion so that they can charge anything they want especiaaly when u try to prepay or want to transfer ur loan.
