Worst experience EVER. I BEGGED for an education loan but, they rejected in the name of policies). Didn't even tell me the reason behind my Education LOAN REJECTION. The another worst policy is once they reject your Education loan, we can never APPLY again for an Education loan from an HDFC Credila. When I visited the Office I was assured that most probably my education loan will be approved but, I got EDUCATION LOAN refusal for them. They JUST consider Standard, over the top, Scholar candidates's profile (Even consider "ONLY" STRONG FAMILY BACKGROUND) for the sanction of the education loans. I think this is not right. Scholar students ki Education loaN TO har koe approve kar deta hai .Above average and average students ki loan approve karo to manu. Even your executive was worst..He doesn't even know how to talk with the clients, and he didn't explain me well what should have been done to approve my EDUCATION loan. (I dont wanna give his name). IF WE HAVE That much LAKHS of SPARE MONEY FOR OUR DREAMS OF STUDYING ABROAD, no one would EVER contact you and BEG YOU for the EDUCATION loan. That executive intially denied to visiting my home to explain me the procedure for the EDUCATION LOAN even after company pays them for that. AT LEAST YOU SHOULD GIVE THE REASON why you are not approving our EDUCATION LOANS.
