received a phone call asking for a person by first name as though they were friends, when stating that that person wasn't here, they then went to asking for an owner, ect, ect., to be fair, cold calling is a part of sales, however, when a company's number is on the national do not call list, any ethical company would respect that by not calling, and then also would not try to present themselves in a manner other than what they really are "Salespeople on a cold call", and lastly, when not given the answer they wanted a curt comment about calling back later, then hanging up the phone without so much as a "by your leave" is not only rude, but unprofessional as well. honesty about who they were and why they were calling at the start of the call combined with even a modicum of common courtesy during the call would have yielded a much more favorable review of this company and it's business practices. While their service may be the best thing since "sliced bread", or the "electric blanket", I, and those i represent will never know due to the actions of a single salesperson at that company.

Jim Talerico’s recommendation to hire an HR Manager who could also help me out with accounting tasks was brilliant ! To a degree, HR was a void in our organization. We struggled as a company because we couldn’t find quality employees to fill several open positions. In the last four weeks, we hired a F/T HR Administrator and, by implementing Jim’s ideas, we have been able to fill just about all of our open positions.
