Long queues. Taking long time to do a transaction. This bank is never willing yo move on with the technology.

Staff is not that much friendly. But self banking unit is available in front of the bank. It will take a long time with in bank staff. Bank is closed on Sunday. Parking area is available in the front of the bank. 5 minutes walking distance towards to Colombo from the Moratuwa Railway station or Moratuwa main bus station.
