Not only was I given the a false price on my monthly payment , I didn't know about the change until the contract signing (almost a $70 change), I then found that my picture was used on my agent's Facebook commercial page as "another satisfied customer" without my permission.I had specified what I could afford a month and that was ignored until it was too late and I couldn't do anything about it. I regret listening to my listing agent's recommending this company. The whole process was very stressful with extra costs at the end.Avoid this company and agents if at all possible.

Not sure how I am the first to write a review but I will be glad to get it started. My wife and I just closed on a home today (first time home buyers). We were recommended to Hanover Mortgage (specifically Bethany Zitlaw) by a close friend. We took the recommendation and could not be any more happy with making that decision. Bethany is a TRUE professional. She was informational, organized, timely, and patient with all of our first time buyer questions. She is an absolute delight to work with! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
