I have banked with PenFed for over 30 years. I opened account with them in 1986 at the Kadena AB branch on Okinawa. I have NEVER have a bad experience with PenFed.

The ladies that work here are amazing the credit union itself is a joke. If you drive for uber or lyft and do a instant express pay you won't receive the funds for 48 hours or more lol what a joke. I will never use penfed ever again seems like a bunch of sheisty investors if you ask me.

I absolutely love PenFed!!! They have been so amazing to work with and they seem to really care about the Memebers and going above and Beyond to help us.. Gelin and Coralee are such great people!! Always greeting me and coming to talk with me every time my husband or myself come in.. I'm SO glad that I finally switched banks!!!! What a Relief!!
