Charles was very supportive and explained the whole process of layaway. He was a very nice guy and knew how to do business well. Olga was very nice and gave me her card so I could call the shop and she was very welcoming and all around a nice person. Jason was there when I made my final purchase. He set the PS4 up to teach us how when we got it home. He was very supportive. That's it!
