Be careful - we had a terrible experience with this guy. We have a small business in NYC and hired him to do our taxes. When they were part way done, he demanded full payment from us. With only a few days left before the filing deadline, we had no choice but to pay. He then stopped returning phone calls and answering emails, and left the project unfinished. We had to hire another CPA last minute and pay him to start the whole process over. It was an awful (and expensive!) experience. We have filed complaints with the BBB and the Consumer Affairs office. He should have his license revoked.

For the last 3 years Mr Finocchiaro has been doing our taxes. He is excellent... very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and responsive.

Having been to other accountants before, they never really showed any personal interest in me and just wanted to mass produce tax returns. I really needed someone who could be aggressive with my tax return but be ethical and truthful at the same time. I gave Guy a call and he answered every one of my questions thoroughly. He prepared my return and electronically filed it for me. His fees are very fair. I got back more money this year than previously. Give him a call, you have nothing to lose from his free consultation.
