I used Guidant for a rollover business start up (ROBS) and for annual reporting for most of the past 8 years. They have been phenomenal to work with and I highly recommend their services if you are contemplating going this route to start a business. They have saved me time, money and most importantly, offered peace of mind. Recently I had an issue with the IRS (mostly my fault) and when I went to Guidant for a resolution the account representative I was working with, Skye Ansbach, dug into the issue's, researched my case and got the team in action.
