Worst customer service ever! 2 of the 3 Tele-tellers are down (often) ... GRrrrrrr.

I would have to agree with one of the post the customer service is extremely slow it’s rediculous. The bank is so small and compact to the point where there’s no parking at all or at times there’s no room to even stand. I was there on 3/28 and I was there for 1 hr and still never received service from a teller. They have only 2 ppl assisting the guest and one person at the check in computer for what? Like I thought gte was a good bank at first but I and seriously looking for a different bank

Omg 😮 waited forever on a Monday. Every customers was pissed off that machine went down and only 2 working. Most of people couldn’t wait and walked out. I waited close to an hour. The worst credit union ever!!! Nothing to do with the employees just lack of staffs and banking machines to help customers. Gte step on and invest note money for banking machines and tellers or else you have more unhappy customers and they will bank elsewhere

You are better off banking with a homeless person. The staff in the loan department are rude & incompetent. My credit score and income allows me to choose and GTE is horrible. Run away from this financial institution.

Only giving one star due to the fact that this won’t allow a zero rating. Customer service straight sucks. GTE on screen machines are a joke. 32 people in the lobby and not one person from the staff can or try to help. The most they said , “ please do not block the door”. Seriously I will not do business with the bank again.

Staff was friendly when i opened account, could not complain about that. However banking in general is not too great. Nsf fees are charged the instant bank account goes under 0$. Most other banks give you until the end of the day to pay negative balance before giving nsf fee. Also, when depositing a check it will take almost a week to have funds available.

Horrible service. As you can see people just waiting for an attendant to help them. Bank somewhere else people. I use multiple banks and this one is totally unacceptable. After waiting in a long line you are greeted to the photo below.

These three onsite tellers is a joke. The lines are extremely long ALWAYS, meanwhile customer service reps are chilling with nothing to do. The line is currently at the door...
