Started banking here about 20 years ago Over the years they’ve changed about three or four times it’s been a wonderful bank great rates great customer satisfaction great referral fees location is wonderful place right on us 19 Crystal River so if you’re looking for a great bank this is a place to open a checking and savings account Highly recommend it

Got a personal check from someone that banks with GTE. I don't have an account there, but the check was theirs. They charged me $5 to cash it. Never will i do business with such a greedy company.

they extremely suck, customer service is at a 0 they don't care about you as they steal from your accounts with a smile

I was running to the bank for my mom and my battery died, not a single employee would give me a jump even though one said she had jumper cables; customer service goes beyond the counter.
