Feedback:

This company held the 1st lien in a condo in our HOA. The owners were in serious distress - ill children, financial issues. The HOA and other subordinate lien holder held out and negotiated for over a year, trying to help them get out w/o a foreclosure and everyoen getting partial satisfaction on liens (while Gregory was getting full satisfaction with all late fees) The realtor put forth a tremendous effort as well, spending more time than is usual, and in the end Gregory would not agree to an brief postponement of the sale pulled the trigger on the auction, and everybody lost out. It was capricious and harmful and unnecessary.

Feedback:

This is by far the shadiest company I have ever dealt with... our mortgage company sold our loan to this broker.. we were not comfortable with the company and therefore chose to refinance through a local more reputable company. Gregory Funding basically refused to give us our mortgage payoff amount to proceed with the new company.. we are still waiting 6 attempts later, 3 by phone, 2 by written letter and faxed, and one by email with written letter attachment!! Do not under any circumstances use this company.. unfortunately we were forced into this company without our knowledge.

Feedback:

By far the worst company i have ever had to work with stay away at all costs

Feedback:

Stay far away!!! I purchased a home as is and before closing the things that should’ve been there were removed and once I raised awareness to them I was told to never contact them again!! They robbed me blind, unprofessional and professional thefts. Run far away and don’t look back!!!

Feedback:

This company helped me stay in my home during a difficult year when my husband was laid off. I am back on track, thanks to their support and guidance.

Feedback:

This firm sent me emails quite a few times requesting assistance with BPOs and Occupancy Checks for homes that they indicated were recently acquired through foreclosure. They claim that these properties will be assigned as an REO Listing if FREE services are provided to them in advance of the listing, like Occupancy Checks, and/or BPOs. I decided to take one assignment that was in close proximity to our office to see where it went, and after several months of providing Bi-weekly Occupancy checks, they sent me a vague email indicating that the property had been sold. They then contacted me a second time for another property, and then disappeared after I told them that they would have to get a local attorney involved in evicting an inhabitant of one of their assets. They then contacted me a third time for yet another property, and told me that "They have too much on their plate, and would hire another realtor" once I asked them for copies of LLC docs and signors for another one of their recent foreclosures that three separate LLCs were involved in. They seem really pleasant when speaking with them on the phone, but it is still unclear if any REO assignments are ever given to realtors based on my experiences.
