Client Review on Greenville Federal Savings

Might be time for a new bank we went in 2 weeks ago to make a deposit and asked about our new debit cards that were about to expire was told we would have them by the end of the month and not to worry. On the 28th of February still no cards called the bank and was told that our cards were never mailed and they would have to order new ones and have them overnighted to us. Got new cards on Friday the 2nd of March my fiancee called and activated hers with no issues I called to activate mine and it wouldn't work. Called the bank and explained everything to them and updated my phone number with them and was told they would call me back when I could attempt to activate my card again. They called back within 5 minutes and said the manager force activated my card and I needed to call and set my pin which I did and it wouldn't work called the bank back and explained it to them and after 5 minutes on hold I was told that my new card was wrong and that they ordered me another new card and I should have it by Monday March 5th. So because of a lie from one of their employees over 2 weeks ago I now have no easy access to my account to pay bills or buy gas ridiculous and unacceptable.
