I haven't had a very good experience with this bank, which holds my mortgage. On at least 3 occasions in 18 months they've sent me letters saying I'm late on my payment, with warnings that they will report it to the credit bureaus. In fact the errors were theirs, due to a payment not being recorded in the right place, being credited to the wrong account, etc. They are nice people, but when it comes to my finances, I prefer a place that doesn't make such errors so often.

My workplace does business with this bank. The service has always been friendly, whether over the phone, in the lobby or drive through. I've found the people that work there to be quick, friendly, professional and competent.The hours are reasonable for a bank.
