The Agent Tristan Demers misled me by promising me to lend me a Verifone VX520 terminal while setting up my merchant account. He promised savings and ended up paying an increase of $150.00 more than my previous provider. Also filled out docs for terminal and left me a copy that has 0 charges & 0 months. Months later I noticed the increase and contacted company for copies of all docs and learned that my original copy or terminal agreement was altered and adjusted to having a 48 months with a total monthly fee of $53.00 with my signature falsified. I never signed a doc with those terms and have proof. I have called them more than 10 times to resolve issue but I never get a call back.
