I have been doing business with Green Capital Funding for over 3 years and they have treated me with the upmost respect and honesty. They are one of the best in the business and I cant say enough good things about them, they have truly helped me out during tough times. I am writing this review because other people are mistaking the Greenwich, CT based company with another company in New York. Don't be fooled-do your homework.

Don’t ever do business with these guys. They’ll break your company faster than you think. They’ll sweet talk you and talk trash if you say that you can get a loan. Confession of judgement is the worst thing you can ever sign. They don’t work with you if you have a bad month. They just screw you over non stop

Paid these guys back their payments on time without hesitation, they withdraw direct from bank. They withdrew past the agreed upon repayment. Called the rep 3 times to get him to look at it, he kept saying he would look at and call me back. He did not, finally the last time I got mad he looked at it without saying he would call me back. He told me they draft 4 extra payments if you don’t have it cut off. I said “really? There is no mention of that in the contract.” He did cut off the drafts then and said I would be refunded in 4 days for overpayment. I said that’s fine. 3 weeks and a few emails later, no response no refund. I finally sent a email saying I was just calling my lawyer and would let him handle it. I got a email 2 minutes later, insulting me and calling me a jerk, then insulting me for actually borrowing money from them. Avi Dahan the rep actually insulted me for having to use their service. Wow. Never insulted someone for doing business with me. Then when I told him I was gonna write a review he threatened me with a defamation lawsuit. STAY AWAY plenty of other funding services out there. Guess I’ll have my lawyer and the emails I have ready when green capital sues me for this review. Oh and he said I didn’t want to go toe to toe with them. But I see nothing but terrible reviews for these people. AVI Dahan in terrible.

HORRIBLE!!! Loan has been paid off and they took 1 MORE WEEK OF PAYMENTS!! I was told 2 weeks ago the funds would be put back into my account...THIS WAS A LIE! over 20 emails and phone calls with no response or more lies. They supposedly sent the money to 2 different bank accounts... neither of them are mine. Lost at how they were taking the money daily from my account but now cant seem to find my banking info to send money back. I also sent over a voided check so that they could put the money in the right account....STILL NOTHINGRead the other reviews. Get a loan elsewhere!

I’m writing this review because the reviews are horrible and I personally didn’t experience anything of the mentioned issues in the reviews and I find that often people complain but never compliment companies. I will say that some of the staff are a little aggressive but I believe also this is the nature of the business they’re in. There was a littleMixup with payments as they were still drawing from my account after the funding time ended however w/in 15 minutes of making a phone call the situation was remidied and the funds were back in my account the next day. I think it’s important to point out that these loans aren’t small business friendly and often small businesses find themselves in a bit of a bind and the funding appears to be a life saver and if you don’t manage the funds correctly you could find yourself in worse shxt than you started in. Nonetheless I would recommend that some of you don’t take the reviews so seriously I would define it take in to consideration that perhaps the people complaining hold some fault in regards to whatever they’re complaining about.... oh and sorry for the typos and grammatical errors 😌

I see the complaints and agree with them all. I also see the standard 'form' letter response. Just to be sure it was Green Capital Funding, I checked my bank drafts and, yes, it is Green Capital!

This firm is untrustworthy and does not keep promises delivered to its clients. The firm charges excessive commission on the loan amount granted and increases the burden of regular payment on its clients. At first this firm approaches you with all favorable terms and conditions. Once you have taken the loan it charges you with an amount beyond your plan. In addition to that ifor you make repeated calls for clarification, they are unreachable. One of my client is being totally disappointed of the unfavourable services granted to him.
