Every time you want to talk to them you will call several times - usually wait 10-15 minutes and then their automated service will hang up on you! I am presently on my second call after being hung up on while waiting over 12 minutes on my first call. Penny just answered after waiting over 9 minutes this time. I called from Grand Island, NE - THEY FINALLY ANSWERED AND ARE OK TO DEAL WITH AS LONG AS IT IS NOT BY PHONE ! ! ! !
