The ATM out front had a bit of a mishap and didn't give out the money I had withdrawn. While this would normally be a bad sign, the friendly staff at GCCU worked most of the day to find and fix the problem, and had my cash in my hands by the end of the day. Top rate customer service, and friendly emloyees!

I belong to 3 other credit unions in other states that I have lived, and Grand County Credit Union is by far the best!! Keith, Brennan, Daysha, and really the entire staff, are always so pleasant and helpful!! They put up with a lot from me! I can't recommend this credit union enough! Thank you so much, I really appreciate all of your hard work!
