I just went in there because the front driver tire was losing air, that was it. After almost 2 hours I was told that the tire had a nail on the side of the tire and it could not be repaired. Tech (salesman # 024) wanted me to change all 4 tires claiming that the tires were worn-out and that the tread was at or below 2/32nds. The estimated cost? A whapping$1,071.74. I drove out of there, took the car somewhere else, and walaaaa! All of the information turned out to be false! I was able to confirm that NONE of the tires are 2/32 and there was no nail at all… not on the side, not in the middle, none whatsoever. For less than $200 I was able to replace BOTH front tires, balanced, taxes, etc. This store and the staff is making fraudulent diagnostics to make costumers to buy parts they don’t need.
