This place is horrible. I was absolutley livid at the level of banking service I recived on 9/1/17. I set in the lobby 45min just to open a bank acct. When I asked the Member Rep Darya Khodamardi, why as the waite sfo long she said they were under staff and the branch manager doesn't want to hire . During the 2.5 hr process of her opening up a me a bank account. I had to wactch her read her employee handbook because she didn't know how to open up a particular bank acct. Meanwhile my 4yr son began to get frustrated and had to use the bathroom. This lady and her staff were absoulety rude!!

oh behalf of my daughter most recent experience....... Idiots! Communication Gap within staff. Manager incompetent. In the end, no apologies, whatsoever for any inconvenience!! closing account and taking my business elsewhere!!

Coming from San Francisco, I had read some pretty nasty remarks about this branch but to honest I find all the staff very nice all of them. Working well and always with a good morning and smile what more can you ask . A very nice group of people indeed.
