excellent service, I had an old ring collecting dust that i don't wear anymore, so i decided to sell it to make some quick cash, got paid the same day the ring was received, i might use this service again in the future.

SUPERB SERVICE.I posted my old jewellery on Tuesday morning, it was received on Wednesday morning and evaluated on Wednesday afternoon. There was a hiccup with the overnight payment at my bank so I emailed Gold Traders at 09:30 on the Thursday. I received a reply at 09:34 by which time the money was already in my bank account

Fair price but ignore the claim to pay the same day - it took 3 weeks and we had to chase it up by phone / email 5 times. Never returned our call once. Really surprised as they specifically claim same day payment. Was getting quite worried. Not convinced all their five star reviews online are genuine - not our experience at all. Ah well.Further to their comment : customer number 35492, in my partner's name (KL), signed for by you 15th Dec, finally paid 3rd Jan.

If you're like me and very wary when it comes to companies like this, you'll find reviews invaluable. I chose Gold traders on the strength of the Google reviews I read (oh yeah, and not to mention the amazing price they offered!) Gold traders have been a pleasure to deal with, super efficient service with a payment deposited the same day of them receiving my item. Very good company, won't go anywhere else given I have to use this service again in the future. 10/10 :-D

Had a gold crown and tooth which I thought might be silver - took to a jewellers who were bemused and said it wouldn't be worth scrapping - found Gold-Traders online - read reviews and sent off Friday pm asking for offer email. Received fantastic offer Monday (reakon if it hadn't been weekend would have been even faster !!) and cash within hour of me accepting offer.Will be using again for any bits of gold and silver I need scrapping.

Having looked at a number of online bullion trader sites I spoke to Gold Traders on the telephone prior to submitting my gold and silver coins. I was impressed with both the advise and also with the subsequent service. I posted the coins on the Monday afternoon and had a telephone call on the Tuesday afternoon increasing the online quote by a small margin and asking if the revised value was acceptable. I accepted the new value and the money was in my account within the hour as promised. No hidden fees, no testing fees, just an honest quote and extremely speedy service. I would not hesitate to use Gold Traders in the future.
