Stopped in for first time last week and was able to buy 12 dvds for $10. Cheaper than Goodwill with 50% off prices. They also had a small selection of blu-ray dvds at $4 each or 3 for $10. Store workers were nice and polite and didn't rush me while I browsed the dvds.

CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT SCOTT AND SCOTT AT GOLDSTAR PAWN ALONG WITH THERE EMPLOYEES I DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT TO THEM. THE AMOUNT PAID ON ITEMS IS AMAZING,THE QUALITY OF SERVICE IS AMAZING,AND THE VARIETY OF ITEMS FOR SALE WITH LOW LOW PRICING IS AMAZING!!! I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS AND ENJOY GOING IN DUE TO THE RESPECT AND ENVIROMENT OF THE SHOP .MOST PAWN SHOPS HAVE THE FEEL OF AWKWARDNESS WHEN GOING IN AND I HAVE NEVER FELT THAT AT ALL.... WOULD CHOOSE THEM AS FIRST PLACE TO GO TO BUY OR SELL ITEMS.

Had a 14k gold necklace for 1, 400 dollars. I had the exact same chain and he offered me a hundred dollars for it. 14k gold, weighing 9 grams on their scale. Horrible inventory if your looking for musical instruments

I never before bought anything from a pawn shop, so I was especially hesitant to buy a laptop computer from a pawn shop, but I seldom use a laptop, so did not want to buy a new one at a full price. I first called ahead, was informed they indeed had a Mac laptop, so with some trepidation I showed up to inspect it. David was very helpful. He was able to show me all its specs. When I had a question about whether I could upgrade the RAM, David looked that up online, and the answer was no. A gold star to them for honesty! So I bought it, and David even added a free carry case after he had already made the sale. Another gold star for courtesy! At home, I tested all the computer's functions and mechanics with TechTool Pro, which for $50 offers the most extensive testing I know, and the computer came up with a clean bill of health.
