I am the owner of the Gold Exchange. I take very seriously any critic of my business or its employees. I would like to respond to the two bad reviews that we recently received. Being rude on the phone and low balling....I am very proud of our customer service however if we get a phone call where they are abusive we will end that conversation by hanging up. I strive very hard to help our community by offering small loans and reaching for what the customer needs, however sometimes we can not come to an agreement about what an items value is. We will then send them on to another shop where they might better meet their needs.
