Stay away from this place. The lady that 'helped' me clearly doesn't know anything about gold. First off, they offered me close to $100 under spot price for my 1/4 oz gold chinese panda coin. I should have took my coin back after that slap in the face. When I accepted the offer she chipped the coin at the edges claiming she's testing it. I felt my heart sink when she did that but reassured myself that the coin was no longer mine. Then she did some stupid acid test and said it failed the 22kt test but passed the 18kt test and she could no longer accept the coin. Mind you, this is after she chipped my coin!! I took my coin back from that idiot and went to a nearby coin shop that gave me a deal for $10 under spot price! I will never ever take my precious gold back to those idiots and I advise you to do the same!
