Worst customer service experience of my life.My grandfather was a silversmith, and when my father and I were going through his stuff we came across over 5 lbs. of scrap sterling silver. First off, the girl working did not have a clue what she was even doing there. After explaining to me numerous times she was new and did not know what was going on, she called and messaged the owner to come back with an offer of $400. When I asked how they arrived at that calculation, she did not have a clue. I gave her my number and asked to have someone in management call me and I never heard from anyone. Ended up bringing it to a scrap metal place in Worcester that was amazing to deal with and walked out with a check for $1200.
