I've been going to Globe Pawn & Jewelers since I moved here to Bakersfield almost "16" years ago! and I don't go anywhere else.Everyone there treats me like family, and friend.I always recommend Globe to all my friends when they need extra cash, have something they want to sale or get a loan on, or just looking to buy something at an affordable price.....So if your looking to buy sale or trade, "Globe Loan Jewelry Co. should be #1 of your Stops to Shop.My name is Tiffany DaCosta ( 16 year customer ) and I Approve This Messagep.sto whom ever wrote the review about the Wooden Nickel blows globe away......WHERES THE WOODEN NICKEL NOW?....LOOKS TO ME LIKE THEY BLEW TOO HARD! Nicest guys in the business..Globe is the only trustworthy loan store in town..if you think they're bad, then you must have walked in with an attitude expecting too much....or an obvious drug addict with possible stolen goods. the store you mentioned doesn't care if it's stolen , so please, always take your, or whoevers stuff you have over there.

Worst F***** pawn shop in Bakersfield walk in thinking that I'm gonna get the help I need an get turned away faster then the door can close an not only that but worst customer service iv ever seen anybody who goes in beware of that old looking B**** snotty an mean don't ever go there!!

They split up merchandise to use 2 tickets instead of one to get a higher rate with ticket fee's. Very unfriendly and quick to turn you away if you catch them trying to put one over on you. They are not the best in town hands down the Wooden Nickel blows them away. Was turned away after rejecting their loan offer , so I walked down the street and Got the loan from the Wooden Nickel fast and friendly. And all on 1 ticket!! The Worse Pawn Shop in Town not the Best. THEY ARE NO FUN!!!
