I bought a car from world of wheels a company they happen to own. They gave me a loan saying I was getting a very goood deal. My wife was rearended and the Jeep was a total loss. They sold a Insurance policy That was suppose to cover the Jeep we ended owing over 5,000 after it was totaled they got a check from the other person Insurance They also got a extra amount on there that was to cover our car seats and the Jeep they also got a check from gap insurance that cover the original loan amount. Witch it was with in about 2,000 of that. My wife was out work from the accident and we had to come up with a down payment for a new van. They haven’t worked with us at all and they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with . Then it was to help my Credit And they sent a late payment To my credit report after 11 days they will be getting a call from my lawyers office Monday morning

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. They are there when you need them and as long as you make your payments on time and communicate with them, they are very easy to work with. I would recommend them to all my friends especially after working with the branch manager Oscar. Excellent customer service.

Was happy for 47 payments then last payment i spoke to a so called manager named Christopher he is a real ass would not let me speak to another management said that every payment was 2 days late and i owed them 49$ how if they took out every payment out of my account every month on the 17 th and my date is 0n the 20 th. Tell me if im rong but 17 comes before 20 and they said i changed the dates .the only time it changed was they yook 5 payments out in 1 day what was 4,500 .00 and bank stopped payment. For fraudulent but they put it all back next 2 days sorry but bad bad bad and Christopher needs classes to talk to people

Several years ago I wrote a RAVE review of Globe, and Alex. Unfortunately several years later I have to say my opinion has changed, completely. I have had several loans with Globe over the years. Always pay on time and in full, always very satisfied. Todd Steil was excellent to work with, as was Alex. I don't know if Alex is still with the company or not, but I can say since Todd left, Globe has gone to the dumps. I paid my last personal loan off in November. And went to apply for another for the holidays. I was told by Austin, Globe no longer does personal loans, they only act as a loan broker for Great Western Bank. And that they only do loans for cars boats, rv's, and the like. So here I am a few days to Christmas with no way to buy gifts for family. Im very disappointed in what Globe has become. Globe used to be known as the company who would reach out and help GOOD people who have fallen on tough times. No so anymore, sad to say. Alex if youre still with Globe, please contact me, maybe we can make sense of this? Maybe there was just a miscommunication? Todd if you see this, please contact me, I would LOVE to give you my loan business wherever you are at now!

Adam is the most rudest person I've ever met in customer service. He does realize the calls are monitored and recorded? I like how he hangs up while you're talking like he is some type of tough guy or something. Boy can't wait to meet him in person someday! I hope people avoid globe acceptance just because of adam and then maybe the company will realize how big of a POS he really is.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They don't care about ruining your credit. My husband had a joint loan on a truck. Last September I was the one who filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy for restructuring due to home foreclosure. I had put the truck loan in on this restructuring. Since Oct 2018, not only have they reported non payment on my credit, but my husband's credit as well. May, the truck was hit by another vehicle and was deemed totaled by the insurance company. 75% of the loan was paid to Globe in June. Even with this, they are STILL reporting no payment for over 9 months! They are getting payment, but it's through a trust. They even have the nerve to also charge late payment, which is illegal on a Chapter 13 settlement. Because of the negative reporting to my husband's credit, we are having an impossible time getting another loan for a replacement work vehicle. They are using intimidation tactic to try and extort money from my husband. Very dishonest.

Complaint: I previously filed a complaint Against Jessica... It came to my attention that it was not jessica it was Beth trying to be evasive and with an alias name. I can understand that ones payment is due upon contracted date but I also understand a business can produce a leniency upon a government shutdown “out of my control” process that brings ones income to a hault temporarily.. I held respects for globe financial until I spoke to this arrogant rep this afternoon. I must say I was a overwhelmed... I use too recommend friends and colleagues and clients to this company when going for a loan- I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING this company any longer due to the arrogance and company core values that are in a state of duress.
